01.

Context

immy’s growth relied heavily on paid social to drive awareness, education, and subscription conversion. Creative needed to move fast, stay fresh, and continuously adapt to performance data — without losing brand consistency or message clarity.

Rather than treating social as one-off campaigns, the challenge was building a repeatable system for testing, learning, and scaling creative week over week.

02.

Strategy

I worked on a weekly cadence to:

  • Produce performance-focused content in structured batches
  • Launch, monitor, and refine creative based on real-time performance
  • Identify patterns in hooks, visuals, messaging, and formats
  • Feed learnings back into the next creative cycle

I partnered closely with our paid media agency and ad growth team, Mass Culture across Meta and Google, leading creative direction while ensuring insights flowed between creative and media.

03.

Belief

Great performance creative doesn’t exist in isolation.

When social, landing pages, hero banners, and site messaging work together, conversion friction drops. Creative should guide the customer seamlessly from ad → experience → action, without disconnects along the way.

04.

Impact

This approach resulted in:

  • More efficient creative testing and faster iteration cycles
  • Stronger alignment between paid social, on-site experience, and promotions
  • Clearer performance insights that informed future launches
  • Scalable creative systems that supported ongoing growth

Performance improved not because of one viral ad — but because the system worked.

I don’t think in ads — I think in experiences.

Every campaign or promotion was treated as an end-to-end journey. When we launched an offer, everything had to align: the creative, hero banners, landing pages, on-site messaging — and, in many cases, the comment section became the trust signal.

My focus was making sure nothing felt disconnected, because the fastest way to lose a customer is to break the story mid-scroll.
