Context

After investing over $20K in an agency-led website, immy’s DTC experience wasn’t delivering on clarity, conversion, or subscription growth. The site needed to better communicate the brand’s science-backed value and perform as the main revenue driver.

Strategy

Rebuild the site around clarity and conversion. I simplified the user journey across landing pages, PDPs, and subscription flows, led with benefit-driven messaging, and introduced UGC-led social proof to build trust, directly contributing to improved conversion.

Belief

Conversion happens when trust is earned. Strong ads should act as the hero, creating a clear association that landing pages can extend through intuitive flows and authentic social proof, helping shoppers feel confident committing to a subscription.

The redesigned Shopify experience delivered an 11% increase in conversion rate, stronger subscription engagement, and a scalable process for future campaigns, launches, and retail-driven traffic.

Once the ad was doing its job, the site needed to finish the conversation. That meant turning attention into trust — and trust into subscription. Instead of treating the website as a static destination, I approached it as an extension of our best-performing creative: reinforcing the same message, visuals, and proof that made the ad work in the first place.
